Our SMILE CLUB is specifically desiged for patients who do not have dental insurance.

For a yearly fee, SMILE CLUB members will receive routine care and x-rays. In addition, a 10% discount will be offered on all restorative dental treatments! The SMILE CLUB Membership is renewable on yearly basis. Membership is non-refundable, non-transferable and all benefits must be used in the 12 month period after the membership purchase. Renewal is required within 30 days to avoid any additional fee. There are no exceptions to the policy. Full mouth debridement and scaling and root planing are not included in memberships but quality for 10% off.


The SMILE CLUB is NOT a dental insurance plan and cannot be combined with other offers including Care Credit. Dental services must be provided by Guard Your Smile Dentistry only. The SMILE CLUB is a yearly renewable plan available for patients without dental insurance. The annual fee must be paid in full and cannot be financed. Renewal is required within 30 days to avoid additional fee. There are no exceptions to the policy. Guard Your Smile Dentistry reserves the right to modify, change or discontinue the terms and services of the plan at their option.
