Practice Administrator

Brandon joined our practice in early 2021. He began his dental career over 10 years ago, starting as a sterilization tech, moving his way up to dental assistant, financial treatment plan coordinator and now to his current role of Practice Administrator. When you come in you might find him assisting with your procedure, dealing with insurance companies, or fixing any other issue that may arise in the practice.

Brandon’s favorite part of his job is interacting with patients directly. Our patients, and staff, enjoy the positive, bubbly, and calming personality he brings to the office on a daily basis. He loves to travel, and enjoys long walks with his dog, a Catahoula Leopard dog named Trina, around the Annapolis area where he lives.

Missy Donovan, PCC

Patient Care Coordinator

Missy is the newest addition to our practice, joining in 2022, but has been an excellent addition to our team. She has been in the dental field for over 8 years. Chances are when you call, you will speak with Missy. As soon as she answers the phone, you know that you are speaking to someone who cares about their job and cares even more about ensuring each and every patient has a positive experience.

Missy is from the Eastern Shore, where she still resides with her family. She is known for her positive attitude and for baking the best desserts in the office. In her free time, she loves spending time with her young daughter and baking delicious treats.

Julie Snyder, RDH

Dental Hygienist

Julie joined our practice in 2016. She was born and raised in Maryland. She has 2 daughters who keep her busy with ice hockey, field hockey and many other sports across the tri state area. Julie has lived just over the Bay Bridge in Kent Island with her family for over 11 years.

Julie started her dental career as a dental assistant where she quickly became passionate about dentistry. Her passion inspired her to become a dental hygienist, attending the Community College of Baltimore County Dental Hygiene School. She is always staying up to date with the newest dental techniques and equipment, this includes specializing in the treatment of Periodontal Disease with the use of a dental laser. Julie works hard to build a trusting and understanding atmosphere for each patient. She is devoted to educating patients and encouraging them to maintain the best dental health possible.

Jennifer Cataloglu, RDH

Dental Hygienist

Jennifer joined our practice in September 2023, and has been an excellent addition to our team. She was born and raised in New Orleans, and brings her bubbly, upbeat personality with her every day. She has lived all over the country with her family due to her husband’s Navy duty, and their 2 kids help keep her busy running from sports to endless other afterschool activities. She loves the Annapolis area and plans to make this their new permanent home.

Jennifer began in the dental field in 2001, when she graduated from Louisiana State University, School of Dentistry and became a registered dental hygienist. Jennifer loves to make a difference in people’s smiles and help educate patients on the connection from teeth to their whole body. She also stays up to date with the newest technology and equipment available.

Cindy Gale, CDA

Dental Assistant

Cindy has been in the dental field for over 21 years. As a certified expanded functions dental assistant, she is committed to helping patients maintain and achieve the best dental health possible. Working with Dr. Guard and Dr. Mayher for over 15 years, she can act as their 3rd arm without hesitation. Cindy resides in Edgewater with her 2 dogs. Cindy loves to be outdoors, from hiking to paddleboarding, chances are you will find her outside with her dogs.
